Dreams for post Covid-19 era!
Working as a food tour host for four years in Athens Greece, I met hundreds of nice and interesting people that care for other cultures and were willing to be acquainted with different ways of fi life! It was a very fruitful and enjoyable experience but now is over! The future of our civilization is to be shaped by dramatic financial changes. No matter the reason, we are to have a totally different social structure at the end of that road. A lot of what we take for granted is to change. We are to face a lot of pain and suffering but in the end, we are to reborn and shape our lives once more.
This is not new, this is the pace of human history. Fell down and standing up again. We were lucky enough to live in countries that didn't suffer in the recent past, so we thought we had escaped that fate. Still, we have to prove that we are strong enough to fight for a better and more just society than the one we are to leave behind. Keep loving and respecting other cultures, keep fighting for our rights, keep helping those in need, start respecting environment more! The new era will be hard but it will be our only global change to make a better world, more balanced, more faιre, more enjoyable for us, more equal for our kids.It will be the time that we may dream again and fight for our goals.
Now we know that nothing is given without a cost, that is not possible to leave in a world made of millions of ego creatures, that we all share a common fate. As a Greek fighter for independence in 1821 had put it:" it is time to think in terms of ΅"we do" rather in terms of "I do""΅ .
As for me, I will stay in Athens, Greece waiting for people that love life and are willing to see into other people soul and culture.
