Passion Fruit Punch

1 Liter Water
3/4 Cold sugar (according to preference)
1/2 Cup Granadilla Pulp
1/4 Cup mint leaves
2 Tbsp Fresh squeezed lemon juice (according to preference)
1/4 cup Passion fruit cordial (optional)
Freshly squeezed orange juice can also be added.
Prepare each glass by rubbing lemon on the rims and then dust with sugar.
1. Blend all the ingredients together in a blender for a few minutes and  then strain. Adjust sugar  and lemon according to taste
2. Pour into decorated glasses, decorate with more pulp, mint leaves and top with ice cubes. Ideal to serve at functions and braais (barbeques)
Alternately this can be poured into a pitcher and set the decorated glass around it as self service.
